Selon un compte rendu de la tourn\u00e9e publi\u00e9 sur le site gouv.bj, Joseph Cakpo a trouv\u00e9 pertinente et opportune l\u2019initiative du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat d\u2019aller \u00e0 la rencontre de ses mandants pour leur rendre compte de sa gestion du pays en 5 ans. L\u2019\u00e9dile d&rsquo;Allada pr\u00e9sente ses encouragements et gratitudes au p\u00e8re de la Nation. Joseph Cakpo a n\u00e9anmoins soumis quelques dol\u00e9ances de ses administr\u00e9s au pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique. Elles sont relatives aux infrastructures routi\u00e8res et \u00e0 la r\u00e9habilitation de la ville historique d&rsquo;Allada avec un programme sp\u00e9cial comme d&rsquo;autres villes. Dans un langage franc et direct avec les populations, Patrice Talon s\u2019est exprim\u00e9 en ces termes : \u00ab Allada est pour moi quelque chose de sp\u00e9cial. Vous savez combien je porte Allada dans mon c\u0153ur \u00bb. Comme partout ailleurs, il a fait le bilan des 5 ans de gouvernance et a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le B\u00e9nin est en train de se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 grande vitesse et s\u2019ouvre aux investisseurs. \u00ab Le B\u00e9nin est en train de poser la premi\u00e8re pierre de son d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et social&#8230; Le B\u00e9nin est un territoire qui va recevoir d\u00e9sormais des usines et le plateau d&rsquo;Allada avec la zone \u00e9conomique en sera le t\u00e9moin \u00bb, commente le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat.
