En poste au commissariat central de la commune de Dogbo, d\u00e9partement du Couffo, il a viol\u00e9 une jeune fille d\u2019environ 20 ans. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon nous recoupements, Parfait Koudjoum\u00e8 puisque c\u2019est de lui qu\u2019il s\u2019agit \u00e9tait en position de service \u00e0 un carrefour de la commune et aurait interpell\u00e9 sa victime pour non-respect du code de la route. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais au lieu de la verbaliser ou de lui appliquer la sanction proportionnelle \u00e0 l\u2019infraction, le flic a choisi d\u2019emmener la jeune fille dans un h\u00f4tel de la place pour \u00e9tancher sa soif sexuelle. Mais mal lui en a pris.
