Plusieurs d\u00e9cisions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises au cours de cette r\u00e9union des membres de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif. Ainsi, au titre des mesures normatives, le gouvernement a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de la transmission \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale pour examen et vote, le projet de loi-cadre sur l\u2019enseignement et la formation technique et professionnelle (ETFP).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, selon le communiqu\u00e9 du conseil des ministres, les statistiques r\u00e9centes montrent que 97% des \u00e9l\u00e8ves titulaires du brevet d\u2019\u00e9tude du premier cycle (Bepc) poursuivent leurs \u00e9tudes dans l\u2019enseignement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral contre 3% dans l\u2019enseignement technique et la formation professionnelle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre a pour cons\u00e9quence de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un grand nombre de titulaires de dipl\u00f4mes acad\u00e9miques au d\u00e9triment de ceux justifiant de comp\u00e9tences techniques et professionnelles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette anomalie, le gouvernement a \u00e9labor\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie nationale pour promouvoir et d\u00e9veloppement l\u2019enseignement technique au B\u00e9nin.
