Sans r\u00e9pit, l\u2019homme a poursuivi sa tourn\u00e9e apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;accueil de marque offert au pr\u00e9sident Talon \u00e0 Aplahou\u00e9 et Djakotomey le samedi 3 avril. L&rsquo;homme a choisi son arrondissement de Lalo-centre comme point de chute de sa tourn\u00e9e. F\u00e9lin politique et dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de mobilisation, Maurice Houinou est all\u00e9 \u00e9changer avec sa base afin de sensibiliser les populations pour assurer une \u00e9lection apais\u00e9e, un fort taux de participation et un K.O explosif au profit du duo Talon-Talata \u00e0 Lalo. Avec un discours rassembleur, le pr\u00e9sident Maurice Houinou a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 boucler la commune de Lalo pour en faire une boussole de victoire du duo Talon- Talata. Mais pour y arriver, Maurice Houinou a adopt\u00e9 une p\u00e9dagogie simple \u00e0 travers des r\u00e9ponses aux questions des militants \u00e0 la base. Ceux-ci ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;ailleurs envoy\u00e9s en mission sur le terrain \u00e0 Lalo afin de ratisser large pour le duo Talon-Talata.
