Le Conseil des ministres s’est r\u00e9uni en sa s\u00e9ance ordinaire ce mercredi 28 avril 2021 sous la pr\u00e9sidence de Patrice Talon, chef de l’Etat, chef du gouvernement. D’importantes d\u00e9cisions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises au cours de cette s\u00e9ance. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En effet, au titre des communications, le conseil des ministres a donn\u00e9 son accord pour la transformation de l\u2019Agence nationale de M\u00e9canisation agricole (ANaMA) en Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale de M\u00e9canisation agricole (SoNaMA) SA. Le gouvernement a voulu tranformer l’ANaMA en une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019Etat afin de lui permettre de r\u00e9aliser des activit\u00e9s commerciales et industrielles, puis de contribuer de mani\u00e8re plus cons\u00e9quente aux programmes de modernisation du secteur agricole. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toujours selon le communiqu\u00e9 du conseil des ministres, la SoNaMa sera une
soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme avec Conseil d\u2019administration, dot\u00e9e d\u2019un capital social de 1 milliard de FCFA, par affectation de quote-part du compte courant de l\u2019Etat dans le bilan attest\u00e9 par le commissaire aux apports lors de la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019ANaMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 va contribuer \u00e0 la mise en place des mat\u00e9riels et \u00e9quipements agricoles en relation avec les structures comp\u00e9tentes. Elle contribuera \u00e0
former \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation et \u00e0 la maintenance desdits mat\u00e9riels et \u00e9quipements ; identifier et mobiliser des partenaires au profit du d\u00e9veloppement de la m\u00e9canisation agricole ; assurer des prestations de services en mati\u00e8re de m\u00e9canisation, de petite irrigation et d\u2019\u00e9quipements agricoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour rappel, l’Agence Nationale de m\u00e9canisation agricole (ANaMa) avait \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2019 et avait pour mission d\u2019assurer la mise en \u0153uvre de la politique nationale de d\u00e9veloppement agricole ainsi que la coordination des interventions en mati\u00e8re de m\u00e9canisation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
