Au cours de cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie solennelle qui a connu la participation des corps constitu\u00e9s de la Nation, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a dans son discours d&rsquo;investiture, fait de grandes annonces. Tout en rassurant qu&rsquo;il sera le pr\u00e9sident de toutes les B\u00e9ninoises et de tous les B\u00e9ninois , Patrice Talon a fait savoir que son second mandat sera hautement social.<br>Un pan de l&rsquo;adresse du locataire de la Marina qui devrait r\u00e9jouir ces B\u00e9ninois qui ont souvent reproch\u00e9 au p\u00e8re de la Nation, de ne pas accorder d&rsquo;importance au social dans sa gouvernance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son dicours, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a aussi lev\u00e9 un coin de voile sur les autres chantiers majeurs du nouveau quinquennat. Il a notamment fait allusion aux secteurs de l&rsquo;energie, de l&rsquo;agriculture, de l&rsquo;industrie, de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, etc. Des domaines dans lesquels de grands changements positifs sont annonc\u00e9s.
