Assignamey Alfred, puisque c’est de lui qu\u2019il s’agit est d\u00e9sormais ray\u00e9 de l’effectif du personnel de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Il lui est reproch\u00e9 trois choses. Il s’agit de : la violation caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e d’une prescription concernant l’ex\u00e9cution du service et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement port\u00e9e \u00e0 la connaissance du personnel ; la malversation ; et la concurrence d\u00e9loyale. Il faut pr\u00e9ciser que cet agent de la 5e cat\u00e9gorie \u00e9chelon 6, num\u00e9ro matricule 10023 inscrit \u00e0 la Caisse Nationale de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale (Cnss) sous le num\u00e9ro 506849, reconnu coupable de malversation financi\u00e8re selon une d\u00e9cision sign\u00e9e le 18 novembre 2021 du Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Armand Gans\u00e8.
