Ce projet vise \u00e0 soutenir les pays b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des m\u00e9canismes utiles et concrets de participation du public aux politiques budg\u00e9taires. Le B\u00e9nin fait partie des 5 pays africains retenus par ce projet.
