Il renseigne par la m\u00eame occasion que le niveau d&rsquo;endettement du pays est plus faible que ses pairs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9formes men\u00e9es au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es par le pr\u00e9sident Patrice Talon.
