Selon des informations rapport\u00e9es par Radio France Internationale (RFI), face aux attaques terroristes enregistr\u00e9es ces derniers mois dans le nord du pays, les autorit\u00e9s b\u00e9ninoises souhaitent renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur leur propre territoire. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les m\u00eames sources, une demande du Minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00c9trang\u00e8res et de la Coop\u00e9ration (Maec) serait parvenue au secr\u00e9tariat de l&rsquo;Organisation des Nations Unies (ONU) fin avril. Le B\u00e9nin souhaite fondamentalement le retrait de 2 unit\u00e9s \u00e0 savoir: la compagnie m\u00e9canis\u00e9e d&rsquo;infanterie (250 hommes) et l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de police (140 hommes), soit au total 390 soldats concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais il faut pr\u00e9ciser que ces soldats b\u00e9ninois ne quitteront pas tout de suite le Mali. RFI renseigne que la demande du B\u00e9nin est accompagn\u00e9e de calendrier.
