Il est condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 10 ans de prison et 10.000.000F CFA d&rsquo;amende pour abus de biens sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Frisson Radio, les faits qui lui sont reproch\u00e9s remontent \u00e0 2015. \u00c0 l&rsquo;origine, le pr\u00e9venu s&rsquo;est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ex Centrale d&rsquo;achat des m\u00e9dicaments essentiels (Came) au nom de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Medipharm pour l&rsquo;achat de produits pharmaceutiques. Il r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 duper la structure et parvient ainsi \u00e0 faire un achat de 200.000.000 francs FCA \u00e0 cr\u00e9dit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des comptes fictifs.
