Ce sont en effet les charges retenues contre un technicien en marketing devant le tribunal de Cotonou dans la suite de la session criminelle ce mercredi 06 juillet 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les faits relat\u00e9s devant la Cour, le coupable et ses acolytes, un groupe de huit personnes au total, sont impliqu\u00e9s dans une magouille fonci\u00e8re qui date de 2012. Selon Frisson Radio, pour berner les acqu\u00e9reurs, ils produisent de faux documents de parcelles et de fausses cartes nationales d&rsquo;identit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant le proc\u00e8s de ce mercredi, deux de leurs victimes ont r\u00e9clam\u00e9 plusieurs millions de francs CFA de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats pour des parcelles pour lesquelles ils ont pay\u00e9 sans jamais acqu\u00e9rir. Quant \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense, elle a purement et simplement plaid\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;acquittement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vue la gravit\u00e9 des faits, l&rsquo;accus\u00e9 \u00e9cope de 10 ans de prison dont neuf ferme.
