Le Chef de l’\u00c9tat, le pr\u00e9sident Patrice TALON a promulgu\u00e9 la loi interpr\u00e9tant et compl\u00e9tant le code \u00e9lectoral. Ceci, apr\u00e8s le contr\u00f4le de constitutionnalit\u00e9 op\u00e9r\u00e9 par la Cour constitutionnelle hier. Le Porte parole du Gouvernement, le ministre Alain Orounla vient de donner l’information ce 5 juin 2020 \u00e0 l’occasion d’une conf\u00e9rence de presse. La balle est d\u00e9sormais dans le camp des pr\u00e9fets qui ont enfin la roue-libre pour proc\u00e9der facilement \u00e0 l’installation des maires, leurs adjoints et les CA.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir salu\u00e9 le sens patriotique des citoyens pour \u00eatre massivement sortis le 17 mai et avoir accompli leur devoir civique dans la paix et le respect des mesures barri\u00e8res contre la covid-19, le ministre a rappel\u00e9 la situation de blocage de l’\u00e9lection des ex\u00e9cutifs des mairies. \u00c0 l’en croire, cette situation a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement r\u00e9solue gr\u00e2ce au sens de responsabilit\u00e9 du Parlement. Puisque, poursuit-il, les parlementaires ont su d\u00e9bloquer la situation par la relecture du code \u00e9lectoral. Ainsi, le Chef de l’\u00c9tat en bon p\u00e8re de famille, a convi\u00e9 les partis politiques aux assises de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 sur le sujet.<\/p>\n

Ces partis ont unanimement approuv\u00e9 la relecture et opt\u00e9 pour la poursuite du processus, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.
