Par d\u00e9cret N\u00b02022-385, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a reconduit Mr Gilles BADET au poste de secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Cour constitutionnelle. Il a \u00e9galement nomm\u00e9 au poste de greffier en Chef, Maitre Sylvestre FARRA par d\u00e9cret N\u00b0 2022-386 du 08 juillet 2022.<br>Selon l\u2019article5 du d\u00e9cret N\u00b02022-283 du 08 juillet 2022, le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est responsable du fonctionnement correct et r\u00e9gulier de l\u2019administration de la Cour constitutionnelle. Il est charg\u00e9, sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour constitutionnelle, de la coop\u00e9ration internationale.<br>Le Greffier en chef de la Cour constitutionnelle est charg\u00e9 de l\u2019administration du greffe. Selon l\u2019article 3 du d\u00e9cret N\u00b02022-384 du 08 juillet 2022, il prend les mesures n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration et \u00e0 l\u2019organisation des audiences juridictionnelles de la Cour, en collaboration avec le secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Cour. Il assiste, sans voix d\u00e9lib\u00e9rative, aux audiences juridictionnelles de la haute juridiction.<br>Les nominations du SG et du Greffier en chef de la Cour constitutionnelle sont une pr\u00e9rogative du Chef de l\u2019Etat, mais propos\u00e9es par le Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour constitutionnelle suivant la nouvelle loi organique de la Haute juridiction promulgu\u00e9e il y a quelques jours.<br>Propos\u00e9s par l\u2019ancien Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour constitutionnelle, le Professeur Joseph DJOGBENOU depuis quelques semaines, MM Gilles BADET et Sylvestre FARRA qui ont une solide connaissance des affaires de la maison, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9s pour mener l\u2019ambitieux programme de r\u00e9forme de la haute juridiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AP-PCC<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Chef de l\u2019Etat, Patrice TALON a sign\u00e9 deux d\u00e9crets portant nomination de responsables \u00e0 la Cour constitutionnelle du B\u00e9nin.
