Pour avoir viol\u00e9 une femme handicap\u00e9e en \u00e9tat d’ivresse, le tribunal de Cotonou a condamn\u00e9, le mardi 23 ao\u00fbt 2022, un homme \u00e0 5 ans d’emprisonnement ferme<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Cotonou a condamn\u00e9 un homme \u00e0 5 ans d’emprisonnement ferme. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9 de viol sur une femme handicap\u00e9e et ivre. Les faits remontent au 16 juillet 2022 dans le premier arrondissement de Cotonou o\u00f9, apr\u00e8s une soir\u00e9e de passation de charge dans un club de service, l’accus\u00e9, pr\u00e9sident d’une organisation de jeunes, a abus\u00e9 d’une femme handicap\u00e9e qu’il devrait ramener chez elle. En effet, la victime, apr\u00e8s avoir pris quelques verres de trop lors de la soir\u00e9e, n’\u00e9tait pas totalement lucide. Elle s’est retrouv\u00e9e dans le lit de l’accus\u00e9, et a saisi la justice apr\u00e8s avoir remarqu\u00e9 des saignements apr\u00e8s son r\u00e9veil. Selon les dits d’un t\u00e9moin du proc\u00e8s, le mis en cause n’a pas reconnu les faits qui lui sont reproch\u00e9s \u00e0 la barre. Le tribunal a condamn\u00e9 l’homme \u00e0 5 ans de prison ferme. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 verser 200000 FCFA en guise d’amande et 2 millions de FCFA de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e0 la victime, selon les informations relay\u00e9es par Banouto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
