La Personne Responsable des March\u00e9s Publics de l’Agence Nationale de Promotion des Patrimoines et de D\u00e9veloppement du Tourisme (Anpt) Langanfin Gl\u00eal\u00e8 Amos est d\u00e9sormais exclue de la commande publique en R\u00e9publique du B\u00e9nin pour une dur\u00e9e de 5 ans \u00e0 compter du 30 janvier 2023 au 29 janvier 2028. C’est ce qu’on peut retenir de la d\u00e9cision n\u00b02022-010\/ARMP\/PR-CR\/CRD\/SP\/DRAJ\/SA du 19 janvier 2023 de l’Autorit\u00e9 de R\u00e9gulation des March\u00e9s Publics (Armp).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette d\u00e9cision fait suite \u00e0 des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es, d\u00e9clar\u00e9es \u00e9tablies par l’Armp, suite \u00e0 des informations fournies par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de la place contre l’Anpt dans le cadre d’une proc\u00e9dure de passation d’un dossier d’appel d’offre relatif aux travaux de r\u00e9habilitation du palais royal Honm\u00e8 de Porto-Novo Lot 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
