D\u00e9sign\u00e9 il y a quelques jours par son parti (l\u2019Union progressiste le Renouveau), Andr\u00e9 Oussou prend le b\u00e2ton de commandement \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la commune. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de passation de service s\u2019est tenue dans la matin\u00e9e de ce jeudi 20 avril 2023. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le Pr\u00e9fet du d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Atlantique, Jean-Claude Codjia en pr\u00e9sence de la majorit\u00e9 des conseillers communaux de S\u00f4-Ava et quelques invit\u00e9s. Par ailleurs, Jean Mejor Zannou maire sortant mais \u00e9lu d\u00e9put\u00e9 de la neuvi\u00e8me l\u00e9gislature \u00e9tait \u00e9galement de la partie pour installer son successeur.
