Depuis 2020, l\u2019homme reste une fois encore absent sur la liste provisoire annonc\u00e9e ce samedi 20 mai 2023 par la Commission \u00e9lectorale ind\u00e9pendante (CEI).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laurent Gbagbo ne pourra ni voter, ni se pr\u00e9senter aux futures \u00e9lections locales pr\u00e9vues se tenir le 02 septembre prochain. Apr\u00e8s \u00eatre vu absent de la liste \u00e9lectorale, son parti politique <strong><em>\u00a0\u00bb Le Parti des peuples africains C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire (PPA-CI)\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, n\u2019est pas all\u00e9 du dos de la cuill\u00e8re avant de d\u00e9noncer une probable injustice. \u00c0 en croire le parti de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident, l\u2019absence de leur parti sur la liste remet en cause la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de la Commission \u00e9lectorale ind\u00e9pendante (CEI). Selon les informations, 517 personnes au total ont \u00e9t\u00e9 radi\u00e9es pour cause de d\u00e9ch\u00e9ance des droits civils et politiques sur le nouveau listing \u00e9lectoral de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laurent Gbagbo a \u00e9t\u00e9 acquitt\u00e9 par la justice internationale, de crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 commis lors de la crise post-\u00e9lectorale de 2010-2011. L\u2019homme \u00e9tait accus\u00e9 de crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 commis lors de la crise post-\u00e9lectorale de 2010-2011. Toutefois, il est accus\u00e9 d\u2019une condamnation \u00e0 vingt ans de prison en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire dans une affaire dite de \u00ab braquage \u00bb \u00e0 la Banque centrale des \u00c9tats d\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest (BCEAO) en 2011.
