Par d\u00e9cret n\u00b02023-519 du 18 octobre 2023, le num\u00e9ro 01 b\u00e9ninois, Patrice Talon a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de dissoudre l\u2019Ensemble artistique national. Selon l&rsquo;article 2 du m\u00eame d\u00e9cret, \u00ab le patrimoine de l\u2019Ensemble artistique national est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 titre universel \u00e0 l\u2019Etat. Les actifs sains sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019Agence de D\u00e9veloppement des Arts et de la Culture \u00bb.
