Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un projet de loi de r\u00e9vision de la constitution qui consacre les langues nationales d\u00e9sormais comme les langues nationales. le document de projet de loi a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 en conseil des ministres le mercredi 06 d\u00e9cembre 2023.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le compte rendu du conseil des ministres, le projet de loi \u00ab\u00a0s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une des principales missions de la transition qui consiste \u00e0 engager des r\u00e9formes politiques, administratives et institutionnelles en vue de renforcer la culture d\u00e9mocratique et consolider l\u2019\u00c9tat de Droit\u00a0\u00bb. Ainsi, dans le document, les langues nationales sont officielles et consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme langue de travail. Par contre, me fran\u00e7ais est rel\u00e9gu\u00e9 au second rang. Le projet de loi sera vot\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e l\u00e9gislative de transition. Il pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019institution de m\u00e9canismes traditionnels et alternatifs de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends\u00a0\u00bb.
