Dans le cadre somptueux de l’H\u00f4tel KTA \u00e0 Cotonou, le pr\u00e9sident de OB26, Jean Eudes Mitokpe, a pris la parole lors de l’Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Ordinaire du mouvement pour aborder des sujets br\u00fblants qui agitent le paysage politique b\u00e9ninois. Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, des rumeurs persistantes ont \u00e9voqu\u00e9 une potentielle m\u00e9sentente entre le Pr\u00e9sident actuel, Patrice Talon, et Olivier Boko, figure montante et potentiel candidat aux \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles de 2026.
Selon certaines indiscr\u00e9tions au sein des partis au pouvoir, la position de Patrice Talon serait li\u00e9e \u00e0 une possible r\u00e9vision constitutionnelle, une perspective qui inqui\u00e8te de nombreux militants et sympathisants de la cause d’Olivier Boko. Dans ce contexte tendu, Jean Eudes Mitokpe a adress\u00e9 un message fort et rassurant \u00e0 tous les militants de OB26.
S’exprimant avec calme et assurance, M. Mitokpe a exhort\u00e9 les militants \u00e0 ne pas c\u00e9der \u00e0 la peur ou \u00e0 l’incertitude. Il a soulign\u00e9 l’importance de rester concentr\u00e9s sur l’objectif principal : soutenir la candidature d’Olivier Boko. Pour lui, quelle que soit la nature de la relation entre Talon et Boko, le mouvement doit rester uni et fort, pr\u00eat \u00e0 affronter avec courage et d\u00e9termination les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 venir.
\u00ab\u00a0Nous ne devons pas \u00eatre distraits par les rumeurs ou les sp\u00e9culations. Notre mission est claire et notre d\u00e9termination in\u00e9branlable,\u00a0\u00bb a affirm\u00e9 M. Mitokpe, insufflant un esprit de combativit\u00e9 parmi les rangs de ses militants.
