Le groupe Dangote est dans de beaux draps. Une de ses entreprises est dans le viseur de la Commission des d\u00e9lits \u00e9conomiques et financiers. Selon les informations, les enqu\u00eateurs de cette commission anti-corruption seraient rendus dans les locaux du groupe pour s’informer sur des aspects des devises \u00e9trang\u00e8res qui lui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 allou\u00e9es par la Banque centrale du Nigeria depuis 2014. Pendant ce temps, le groupe Dangote a fustig\u00e9 la d\u00e9marche de l’EFCC de s’inviter dans ses locaux sans une demande pr\u00e9alable et n’a pas accord\u00e9 le minimum de temps \u00e0 l’agence de constituer les informations sur leur enqu\u00eate. \u00ab\u00a0Notre Groupe est un contributeur cl\u00e9 au PIB national, le plus grand employeur du secteur priv\u00e9, l\u2019un des plus grands groupes r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s \u00e0 la bourse nig\u00e9riane et l\u2019un des contribuables les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s du pays. Nous demeurons fermement convaincus de l\u2019engagement du Nigeria en faveur de la primaut\u00e9 du droit et de son engagement \u00e0 favoriser un environnement propice \u00e0 l\u2019investissement et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de valeur pour les investisseurs locaux et \u00e9trangers\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 rappeler le communiqu\u00e9. Toutefois, Dangote fait savoir qu’il ne s’agit d’une accusation de corruption contre l’une de ses entreprises mais plut\u00f4t une demande d’information. l\u2019EFCC fait savoir que Dangote et 51 autres entreprises auraient b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de taux de change pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels pour acheter des dollars \u00e0 prix r\u00e9duit afin de pouvoir importer les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et poursuivre leurs activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
