C\u2019est par cette formule consacr\u00e9e que le chef d\u2019Etat congolais a pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment hier samedi 20 janvier 2024 \u00e0 Kinshasa en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une quinzaine de chef d\u2019Etat et des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations \u00e9trang\u00e8res.
Et ceci apr\u00e8s avoir remport\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle du 20 d\u00e9cembre 2023 avec plus de 73% des suffrages exprim\u00e9s largement devant l\u2019opposant Mo\u00efse Katumbi (18,08%). Il entame ainsi son second mandat de 5 ans \u00e0 la t\u00eate du pays et promet ne plus reproduire les m\u00eames erreurs que le pass\u00e9. \u00ab Je vous ai entendu !
