Ceci, en vue de poursuivre les n\u00e9gociations avec les militaires au pouvoir afin d&rsquo;obtenir un retour \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre constitutionnel, la mise en place d&rsquo;un calendrier pour organiser de nouvelles \u00e9lections et la lib\u00e9ration du pr\u00e9sident d\u00e9chu Mohamed Bazoum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais, cette mission d\u00e9cid\u00e9e lors du dernier sommet de l&rsquo;organisation n&rsquo;a pu se rendre \u00e0 Niamey en raison d&rsquo;une panne technique constat\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;avion qui devrait les convoyer au Niger.
