Le verdict est tomb\u00e9 apr\u00e8s plusieurs jours de proc\u00e8s. Pascaline Bongo, la s\u0153ur du Pr\u00e9sident d\u00e9chu Ali Bongo \u00e9cope 3 ans de prison, dont 2 ans avec sursis en France. Elle aura vers\u00e9 une amende de 150 000 euros d\u2019amende viennent d’informer nos confr\u00e8res de radio France Internationale. Pascaline Bongo est impliqu\u00e9e dans une affaire de corruption passive d’agent public \u00e9tranger. Selon les informations, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 soup\u00e7onn\u00e9e d’avoir pris 8 millions d’euros pour aider une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 d\u00e9crocher un march\u00e9 public au Gabon. Il revenait donc, \u00e0 la fille a\u00een\u00e9e de Bongo, d’aider cette entreprise \u00e0 s’impliquer dans la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019Agence nationale des grands travaux du Gabon. Une affaire qui fait office de soup\u00e7on de corruption. L’infraction est qualifi\u00e9e de \u00ab partenariat fictif \u00bb avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise Egis et notamment sa filiale Route. Il s’agit d’une agence cr\u00e9\u00e9e par Ali Bongo qui devait s’occuper uniquement des travaux importants dans le pays. Le proc\u00e8s de Pascaline s’est ouvert depuis lundi dernier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
