Ainsi, la lib\u00e9ration des espaces par les occupants est importante. En conseil des ministres, ce mercredi 7 f\u00e9vrier 2024, le gouvernement de Patrice Talon autorise l&rsquo;indemnisation des populations sinistr\u00e9s concern\u00e9es.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs personnes occupent les sites d&rsquo;accueil des travaux, mais ne disposant ni de titres, ni de droits et on retrouve de pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s propri\u00e9taires de domaines non b\u00e2tis. Par ailleurs, \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019exploitation du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre du projet occasionnera une restriction momentan\u00e9e d\u2019acc\u00e8s des occupants des sites retenus pour le stockage de s\u00e9diments et v\u00e9g\u00e9taux, puis une impossibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s temporaire sur certaines parties du cours d\u2019eau\u00a0\u00bb, informe le document du conseil des ministres. Ainsi, le gouvernement a souhait\u00e9 recenser les personnes et les biens concern\u00e9s.
