L&rsquo;annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par la mairie de Cotonou \u00e0 travers un communiqu\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par le maire, par l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim Randyx Romain Ahouandjinou. La perturbation de la circulation est due \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisation de la 3e \u00e9dition du Marathon Be The Best qui va se tenir \u00e0 partir de 6h \u00e0 13 heures \u00e0 Cotonou. Plusieurs routes seront donc inaccessibles.
