Une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la douane du Niger est en visite de prospection du terminal d’exportation du p\u00e9trole sis \u00e0 S\u00e8m\u00e8. La s\u00e9ance de visite s’est tenue dans la matin\u00e9e de ce mardi 05 mars 2024 en pr\u00e9sence du colonel des douanes Marcellin Laourou. Selon les informations, l’objectif est de constater les installations d’exportation et les proc\u00e9dures de v\u00e9rification des contenus du liquide \u00e0 l’exporter. La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation nig\u00e9rienne et celle du B\u00e9nin ont constat\u00e9 de visu les travaux. La partie Nig\u00e9rienne est satisfaite des travaux d’installation et d’exportation effectu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le projet Pipeline d’exportation du P\u00e9trole brut Niger-Benin comporte des activit\u00e9s terrestres et maritimes. Avec pour point de d\u00e9part la premi\u00e8re station de pompage PSO1 situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Djiffa au Niger, il se termine en un syst\u00e8me d’amarrage \u00e0 point unique en mer \u00e0 S\u00e8m\u00e8-Krak\u00e9. La partie terrestre de la section b\u00e9ninoise du Pipeline a une longueur de 675 Km. Situ\u00e9e pr\u00e8s du port de S\u00e8m\u00e8, la station PS09 couvre une superficie d’environ 250.000 m2. Elle se divise en six zones d’utilit\u00e9 dont celles de production des auxiliaires, de magasinage et de maintenance, de bureau, d’habitation et les r\u00e9serves. Les installations principales comprennent trois r\u00e9servoirs de stockage de p\u00e9trole brut de 100.000 m\u00e8tres cubes, deux r\u00e9servoirs d’eau de lutte contre l’incendie de 2000 m3 chacune, et de six b\u00e2timents de travail et d’habitation, avec des fonctions telles que la r\u00e9ception du p\u00e9trole entrant, le comptage des transferts et le chargement du p\u00e9trole sortant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
