L&rsquo;acte frauduleux a lieu dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le commerce g\u00e9n\u00e9ral au quartier J\u00e9richo. En effet, selon la Direction de la Police r\u00e9publicaine, tout est parti d&rsquo;une plainte du propri\u00e9taire de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Pour remonter aux faits, deux (02) individus se sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 la caisse de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avec un bon de livraison pour se faire livrer deux cent-cinquante (250) bidons d\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. La caissi\u00e8re ayant remarqu\u00e9 que le document de livraison n&rsquo;est pas authentique, l&rsquo;a signal\u00e9 aux faux clients. Ayant compris que leur coup a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9masqu\u00e9, un des deux individus r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 fuir les lieux laissant son complice qui serait conducteur du tricycle sollicit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration de vol. Conduit au commissariat, ce dernier d\u00e9clare ne pas conna\u00eetre celui qui l&rsquo;a sollicit\u00e9 mais qu&rsquo;il a le num\u00e9ro du destinataire de la marchandise. Malheureusement, suite \u00e0 une v\u00e9rification minutieuse des bons de commandes livr\u00e9s, il est constat\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0deux cent-cinquante (250) bidons d\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale d\u2019une valeur de six millions deux cent-cinquante mille (6.250.000) CFA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s suite \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un bon de livraison falsifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019acabit de celui d\u00e9tect\u00e9 par la caissi\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb informe la police r\u00e9publicaine. La police a poursuivi les enqu\u00eates et a interpell\u00e9 \u00e0 Cococodji celui qui doit r\u00e9ceptionner la marchandise. Ce dernier reconna\u00eet les faits de vol, et r\u00e9v\u00e8le que c&rsquo;est son vrai consanguin employ\u00e9 dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui serait le cerveau de cette man\u0153uvre. Les proc\u00e9dures de perquisition \u00e0 son domicile \u00e0 Porto-Novo, au quartier Kpogbom\u00e8 ont permis de saisir deux cent trente-neuf (239) bidons sur les deux cent cinquante (250) vol\u00e9s dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
