Et pour cause, le Ministre d&rsquo;Etat, Ministre de l&rsquo;Economie et des Finances Romuald Wadagni et son coll\u00e8gue de la D\u00e9centralisation et de la Gouvernance Locale Rapha\u00ebl Akot\u00e8gnon, viennent de signer une circulaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;endroit des pr\u00e9fets, des maires et des secr\u00e9taires ex\u00e9cutifs.
