Le peuple Togolais s’est r\u00e9veill\u00e9 ce mardi 26 mars 2024 avec une nouvelle constitution et une nouvelle R\u00e9publique. Cette constitution fait passer le pays d’un r\u00e9gime pr\u00e9sidentiel \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime parlementaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

D’apr\u00e8s le texte vot\u00e9 le chef de l’\u00c9tat est d\u00e9sormais choisi par les parlementaires et non \u00e9lu par le peuple comme par le pass\u00e9. 89 ont vot\u00e9 pour 1 contre et 1 abstention rapporte ce matin plusieurs m\u00e9dias du pays expliquant qu’il n’y aura plus un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum pour adopter cette nouvelle r\u00e9forme qualifi\u00e9e de coup d’\u00c9tat constitutionnel par l’opposition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Pr\u00e9sident sera d\u00e9sormais \u00e9lu pour un mandat de 6 ans en attendant la promulgation de la loi par le Pr\u00e9sident Faure Gnassingb\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
