L&rsquo;information a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9e par le Programme des Nations Unies pour l\u2019environnement suite \u00e0 un rapport fourni sur l&rsquo;indice de gaspillage alimentaire. L&rsquo;objectif de ce rapport publi\u00e9 le mercredi 27 mars 2024<br>est de suivre les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par les pays pour r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 le gaspillage alimentaire d&rsquo;ici 2030 Selon les informations, 1.05 milliard de tonnes de nourriture ont \u00e9t\u00e9 gaspill\u00e9es. Le document fait cas de la diff\u00e9rence entre les pays \u00e0 revenu \u00e9lev\u00e9 et faible par rapport aux d\u00e9chets alimentaires m\u00e9nagers par habitant. Le taux est faible.
