Un registre des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires effectifs dans le secteur de l\u2019immobilier et du foncier est d\u00e9sormais disponible. Il est cr\u00e9\u00e9 par d\u00e9cret aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Agence nationale du Domaine et du Foncier. C’est une d\u00e9cision issue du conseil des ministres de ce mercredi 24 Avril 2024. Selon le Conseil des ministres, le secteur de l\u2019immobilier et du foncier est le plus susceptible de servir \u00e0 investir de l\u2019argent illicitement gagn\u00e9. Ainsi, cela ne favorise pas la lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux et le terrorisme. Pour le gouvernement b\u00e9ninois, \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019anonymat et l\u2019opacit\u00e9 dans lesquels se d\u00e9roulent certaines transactions fonci\u00e8res et immobili\u00e8res sont de nature \u00e0 user de ce moyen \u00e0 des fins de blanchiment de capitaux et de financement du terrorisme\u00a0\u00bb. Ainsi, il serait utile de mettre en place un cadre l\u00e9gal. Cela permettra une v\u00e9rification et la publication des informations relatives aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires effectifs sur un site web officiel lors de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement et de la mutation de titres fonciers informe le conseil des ministres. C’est pourquoi il est d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un registre aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Agence nationale du Domaine et du Foncier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
