La crise entre le Niger et le B\u00e9nin est d\u00e9sormais termin\u00e9e. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 chinoise Wapco peut charger le p\u00e9trole nig\u00e9rien
depuis S\u00e8m\u00e8-kpodji. Une d\u00e9cision qui intervient une bonne p\u00e9riode apr\u00e8s que le B\u00e9nin ait interdit l’exportation du p\u00e9trole sur son territoire. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, Patrice Talon avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l’exportation du p\u00e9trole se faisait de mani\u00e8re informelle. Et, il est impossible que l’exportation du p\u00e9trole r\u00e9gie par un contrat formel prenne par des \u00e9changes informels. Pour le gouvernement b\u00e9ninois, les nig\u00e9rians devront l’informer officiellement du d\u00e9marrage des op\u00e9rations de chargement malgr\u00e9 la crise des fermetures des fronti\u00e8res entre eux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tr\u00e8s vite apr\u00e8s les interventions des dirigeants de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Wapco, le B\u00e9nin a autoris\u00e9 provisoirement le chargement du p\u00e9trole Nigerien. Le premier bateau a export\u00e9 1.000.000 de barils de p\u00e9trole le dimanche 19 Mai 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En d\u00e9but de semaine derni\u00e8re, une s\u00e9ance du comit\u00e9 inter-\u00e9tat de pilotage du projet pipeline Benin-Niger avec les autorit\u00e9s du Niamey a permis de trouver des solutions. Les diff\u00e9rents partis ont discut\u00e9 du passage transfrontalier terrestre du mat\u00e9riel, du personnel et des \u00e9quipements pour le projet Pipeline. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations rendent compte pour une d\u00e9cision \u00e0 prendre. Le B\u00e9nin d\u00e9cide de lever le blocus sur le changement du p\u00e9trole Nigerien sur son territoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
