Cela fait suite \u00e0 sa pr\u00e9sentation ce mardi 20 ao\u00fbt 2024 au procureur sp\u00e9cial de la Cour de R\u00e9pression des Infractions \u00c9conomiques et du Terrorisme (CRIET). Son audition a permis de comprendre que trois chefs d\u2019inculpation sont retenus contre le chroniqueur. Il s’agit de : harc\u00e8lement par voie \u00e9lectronique, initiation et publication de fausses nouvelles par le biais des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et provocation directe \u00e0 la r\u00e9bellion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En profondeur et d’apr\u00e8s les informations, Fr\u00e8re Hounvi aurait utilis\u00e9 des moyens num\u00e9riques pour importuner, menacer ou harceler une ou plusieurs personnes. De m\u00eame, il est accus\u00e9 d’avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 de fausses informations sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux dans le but de manipuler l’opinion publique nationale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En troisi\u00e8me position, il lui est reproch\u00e9 d’avoir incit\u00e9 \u00e0 un soul\u00e8vement populaire. Steve Amoussou sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 de nouveau devant le procureur le 7 octobre 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
