Ces derniers tentaient de rejoindre l\u2019Europe en traversant la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, selon un communiqu\u00e9 officiel de la Brigade 444.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Brigade 444, une unit\u00e9 militaire op\u00e9rant dans le sud de la Libye, a diffus\u00e9 des images de l\u2019op\u00e9ration sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Elle affirme multiplier les efforts pour d\u00e9manteler les r\u00e9seaux de passeurs, souvent accus\u00e9s de graves violations des droits humains. Cette interception illustre l\u2019intensification des contr\u00f4les dans une r\u00e9gion devenue un point de transit pour les migrants cherchant \u00e0 atteindre l\u2019Europe. Ces arrestations soul\u00e8vent une fois de plus la question des conditions de vie dans les centres de r\u00e9tention libyens. Des milliers de migrants y sont d\u00e9tenus, dans des environnements qualifi\u00e9s d\u2019inhumains par de nombreuses organisations internationales. En juillet, les Nations Unies ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 la d\u00e9couverte de fosses communes dans le d\u00e9sert libyen, appelant \u00e0 des enqu\u00eates imm\u00e9diates pour documenter ces faits.<br>Volker T\u00fcrk, haut-commissaire des Nations Unies aux droits de l\u2019homme, a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 que les familles des victimes ont droit \u00e0 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. Il a \u00e9galement rappel\u00e9 que la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019enqu\u00eater sur ces crimes incombe aux autorit\u00e9s libyennes.
