Comme \u00e0 l&rsquo;accoutum\u00e9e, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s du parti d&rsquo;opposition Les D\u00e9mocrates (LD) n&rsquo;ont pas soutenu ce document, pourtant jug\u00e9 essentiel pour l&rsquo;\u00c9tat et le d\u00e9veloppement du pays.
