L\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident s\u00e9n\u00e9galais Macky Sall a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte pour falsification de documents bancaires le 23 d\u00e9cembre, ciblant une campagne de d\u00e9sinformation qui a pris une ampleur in\u00e9dite sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Cette d\u00e9marche, engag\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s du procureur de la R\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s le Tribunal de grande instance hors classe de Dakar, marque une r\u00e9ponse ferme face \u00e0 des accusations jug\u00e9es fallacieuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HSBC Singapour elle-m\u00eame a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que ces relev\u00e9s \u00e9taient \u00ab non valides \u00bb, confirmant leur caract\u00e8re frauduleux.
Plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments dans les documents ont rapidement attir\u00e9 l\u2019attention des experts. Parmi eux, un num\u00e9ro IBAN commen\u00e7ant par \u00ab GB \u00bb, indiquant un compte bas\u00e9 au Royaume-Uni plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 Singapour, ainsi qu\u2019un code SWIFT inexistant. Ces anomalies renforcent l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019une manipulation destin\u00e9e \u00e0 porter atteinte \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation de Macky Sall.
Selon Me Antoine Vey, avocat de Macky Sall et figure renomm\u00e9e ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9fendu des personnalit\u00e9s telles que Nicolas Sarkozy, cette plainte repr\u00e9sente une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape dans une strat\u00e9gie plus large visant \u00e0 combattre les fake news. \u00ab Macky Sall est r\u00e9solu \u00e0 ne plus tol\u00e9rer de telles actions, qui menacent \u00e0 la fois sa personne et la stabilit\u00e9 institutionnelle du pays \u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.
