Selon les informations, ce budget couvre la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant l&rsquo;investiture du futur pr\u00e9sident, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation ghan\u00e9enne qui impose l\u2019adoption d\u2019un tel budget en novembre des ann\u00e9es \u00e9lectorales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, cette adoption a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par des retards inhabituels. Les d\u00e9bats se sont concentr\u00e9s sur la lutte pour la majorit\u00e9 parlementaire entre le New Patriotic Party (NPP), actuellement au pouvoir, et le National Democratic Congress (NDC), principal parti d\u2019opposition. Ces rivalit\u00e9s ont emp\u00each\u00e9 une pr\u00e9sentation rapide du budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ces tensions politiques, le ministre des Finances, Mohammed Amin Adam, a assur\u00e9 que ce retard n\u2019aura pas de r\u00e9percussions sur le fonctionnement du gouvernement.
