Le pr\u00e9sident congolais F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas participer au sommet virtuel de la Communaut\u00e9 des \u00c9tats d&rsquo;Afrique de l&rsquo;Est (EAC) pr\u00e9vu ce mercredi 29 janvier. Organis\u00e9e par le Kenya, la rencontre visait \u00e0 apaiser les tensions croissantes entre Kinshasa et Kigali.<br>L\u2019absence de F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi \u00e0 ce sommet diplomatique souligne la profondeur du diff\u00e9rend entre la RDC et le Rwanda. Cette d\u00e9cision s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration rapide de la situation s\u00e9curitaire \u00e0 l\u2019est du pays, o\u00f9 le groupe rebelle du M23, multiplie les offensives.<br>Les combats dans la province du Nord-Kivu ont atteint un point critique. La ville de Goma, capitale provinciale, est d\u00e9sormais sous le contr\u00f4le des rebelles du M23 et des forces rwandaises, qui tiennent notamment l\u2019a\u00e9roport strat\u00e9gique de la ville.
