Les travailleurs de la Croix-Rouge proc\u00e8dent \u00e0 l\u2019inhumation des victimes des r\u00e9cents affrontements. Selon l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS), au moins 900 corps ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enterr\u00e9s dans des fosses communes. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le ministre congolais de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur \u00e9voque un bilan bien plus lourd, estimant \u00e0 2 000 le nombre de morts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les violences ont \u00e9clat\u00e9 dans cette r\u00e9gion instable de l\u2019est du pays, o\u00f9 le Mouvement du 23 mars (M23), un groupe rebelle soutenu par le Rwanda, revendique le contr\u00f4le de Goma. Dans un contexte de tensions croissantes, les combats ont fait de nombreuses victimes civiles, aggravant une crise humanitaire d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9occupante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 l\u2019ampleur des pertes humaines et des besoins humanitaires, le M23 a annonc\u00e9 un cessez-le-feu unilat\u00e9ral \u00e0 partir du mardi 4 f\u00e9vrier. Il \u00e9voque des raisons humanitaires. La population locale et les organisations internationales restent sceptiques \u00e0 cette annonce du M23.
