Cette d\u00e9couverte fait partie d&rsquo;une initiative men\u00e9e par le minist\u00e8re des Finances pour permettre le paiement d&rsquo;arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de salaires, accumul\u00e9s depuis ao\u00fbt 2024.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur ordre du ministre des Finances, un audit des agents publics en service actif a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 l&rsquo;existence de milliers de fonctionnaires fictifs, ce qui a permis de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la masse salariale du pays. Le minist\u00e8re a ainsi d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9 un total de 226 millions de c\u00e9dis (14,6 millions de dollars) pour payer les arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de 98 145 agents effectivement en poste. Ce nombre est bien inf\u00e9rieur aux 180 030 employ\u00e9s initialement inscrits sur les listes de l\u2019administration sous l&rsquo;ancienne direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident John Dramani Mahama a imm\u00e9diatement ordonn\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate approfondie men\u00e9e par le Bureau national d\u2019investigation (NIB) sur la gestion du service national sous l\u2019ancien gouvernement. Cette d\u00e9couverte de fonctionnaires fant\u00f4mes a conduit \u00e0 des mesures strictes, incluant des r\u00e9formes urgentes au sein de l&rsquo;Autorit\u00e9 du service national pour mettre en place des contr\u00f4les efficaces et pr\u00e9venir de tels abus \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.
