D\u2019apr\u00e8s la plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par le propri\u00e9taire, le notaire aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9 pour trouver un acqu\u00e9reur sur la base du titre foncier du bien. Toutefois, des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9es dans la transaction, entra\u00eenant l\u2019ouverture d\u2019une enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les investigations auraient r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le bien aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 une tierce personne dans des conditions non encore \u00e9lucid\u00e9es. Cette derni\u00e8re aurait ensuite utilis\u00e9 le titre foncier pour contracter un pr\u00eat bancaire d\u2019un montant estim\u00e9 \u00e0 130 millions de FCFA. Le propri\u00e9taire, ne parvenant pas \u00e0 obtenir des explications sur la situation de son bien, a saisi les autorit\u00e9s judiciaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Convoqu\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises dans le cadre de l\u2019instruction, le notaire aurait tard\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux sollicitations de la justice. Il aurait par la suite r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un acte de reconnaissance de dette au profit du plaignant, mais le litige demeure en suspens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 devant le procureur sp\u00e9cial pr\u00e8s la Cour de r\u00e9pression des infractions \u00e9conomiques et du terrorisme (CRIET), Loukmanou Amoussa Ladany a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention provisoire, en attendant la suite de la proc\u00e9dure. L\u2019autre protagoniste de cette affaire, identifi\u00e9 comme le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire du bien, est actuellement recherch\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s.
