La situation s\u00e9curitaire en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore gravement. Le Haut-Commissariat des Nations unies aux droits de l’homme (HCDH) alerte sur des ex\u00e9cutions sommaires des enfants. Les violences sexuelles et sexistes sont attribu\u00e9es aux rebelles du M23 dans les provinces du Nord-Kivu et du Sud-Kivu.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les rapports de l\u2019ONU, des ex\u00e9cutions extrajudiciaires auraient eu lieu \u00e0 Bukavu, o\u00f9 le M23 aurait \u00e9galement vid\u00e9 les prisons centrales de Kabare et Bukavu. Cette situation suscite l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude des habitants, qui redoutent des repr\u00e9sailles de la part des prisonniers \u00e9vad\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 l\u2019intensification des violences, entre 10 000 et 15 000 personnes ont fui vers le Burundi ces derniers jours, selon le Haut-Commissariat pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s (HCR). De nombreux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s ont travers\u00e9 des passages non officiels, notamment le long de la rivi\u00e8re Rusizi, pr\u00e8s de Rugombo. Des noyades ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9es, et l’ONU rapporte la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de 26 corps par la Croix-Rouge \u00e0 Bukavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Programme alimentaire mondial (PAM) a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 le pillage de ses stocks \u00e0 Bukavu durant le week-end. Dans une s\u00e9rie de publications sur le r\u00e9seau social X, l\u2019organisation humanitaire a condamn\u00e9 ces actes qui compromettent l\u2019aide destin\u00e9e aux populations vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 cette escalade de la violence, les autorit\u00e9s congolaises ont adress\u00e9 une lettre au Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019ONU, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant l\u2019inaction de la communaut\u00e9 internationale et r\u00e9clamant des sanctions contre Kigali. Il accuse de soutenir le M23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
