L&rsquo;homme est accus\u00e9 de d\u00e9tournement de fonds publics et d\u2019enrichissement illicite. Ce r\u00e9quisitoire intervient en appel, apr\u00e8s sa condamnation \u00e0 cinq ans de prison en d\u00e9cembre dernier.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le proc\u00e8s en deuxi\u00e8me instance se tient \u00e0 Nouakchott, o\u00f9 la d\u00e9fense s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter ses plaidoiries ce mardi. Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz et ses avocats rejettent en bloc les accusations, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire biais\u00e9e. Depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019affaire, la d\u00e9fense affirme que seule la Haute Cour de Justice est habilit\u00e9e \u00e0 juger un ancien chef d\u2019\u00c9tat. Un argument qui alimente les tensions autour de ce dossier hautement politique. Le proc\u00e8s est suivi de pr\u00e8s en Mauritanie et \u00e0 l\u2019international.
