L\u2019affaire porte sur l\u2019occupation ill\u00e9gale d\u2019un immeuble appartenant \u00e0 un tiers, qu\u2019ils auraient mis en location \u00e0 un garagiste en percevant ind\u00fbment des loyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors des d\u00e9bats, la d\u00e9fense a contest\u00e9 la mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 des faits reproch\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs clients. Selon les avocats, aucune preuve formelle n\u2019\u00e9tablit que leurs clients ont per\u00e7u des loyers ou ont agi en qualit\u00e9 de bailleurs.
