L\u2019op\u00e9ration, men\u00e9e sur la base de renseignements pr\u00e9cis, a conduit \u00e0 l\u2019arrestation de plusieurs agents des douanes et de la police r\u00e9publicaine.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019intervention s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le mercredi 5 mars 2025. Seize camions charg\u00e9s de cajou et de soja \u00e9taient sur le point de quitter ill\u00e9galement le territoire b\u00e9ninois. Une douzaine de policiers et douaniers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s une semaine de garde \u00e0 vue \u00e0 la Brigade \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re, eux tous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, le jeudi 13 mars 2025, au procureur sp\u00e9cial de la Cour de R\u00e9pression des Infractions \u00c9conomiques et du Terrorisme (CRIET).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019issue des auditions, trois policiers et trois douaniers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t. Ils compara\u00eetront dans deux semaines devant la juridiction sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9partement Enqu\u00eate et Investigation (DEI) du Groupe de presse Le Potentiel a obtenu l\u2019identit\u00e9 des douaniers \u00e9crou\u00e9s. Il s\u2019agit de Arnaud Sakpoliba, chef de poste de la douane de Kassouala, ainsi que des agents Adeoti et Azoua.
