Un projet en cours pr\u00e9voit diff\u00e9rentes restrictions, allant de l\u2019interdiction totale \u00e0 des limitations partielles, selon les pays concern\u00e9s.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon des sources officielles, une \u00ab\u00a0liste rouge\u00a0\u00bb imposerait une interdiction compl\u00e8te de visa \u00e0 des pays comme la Somalie, le Soudan et la Libye. Une \u00ab\u00a0liste orange\u00a0\u00bb restreindrait l\u2019octroi de visas aux seuls voyageurs d\u2019affaires fortun\u00e9s dans des nations telles que l\u2019\u00c9rythr\u00e9e, la Sierra Leone et le Soudan du Sud. Enfin, une \u00ab\u00a0liste jaune\u00a0\u00bb viserait 22 pays africains, dont le Mali, le Burkina Faso et la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC).
