Cette reprise intervient apr\u00e8s une interruption de sept ans, le dernier proc\u00e8s ayant eu lieu en 2018.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la barre, le colonel Firmin Boko, ancien capitaine de gendarmerie et membre de la commission d\u2019enqu\u00eate, a livr\u00e9 des d\u00e9tails accablants sur les circonstances de la disparition de Dangnivo. Selon ses d\u00e9clarations, Alofa, un f\u00e9ticheur incarc\u00e9r\u00e9, aurait avou\u00e9 avoir administr\u00e9 un comprim\u00e9 fourni par Donatien Amoussou \u00e0 la victime, entra\u00eenant sa mort. Il aurait ensuite transport\u00e9 le corps dans son v\u00e9hicule, en compagnie de Paulo et d\u2019une autre personne non identifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le colonel Boko a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 des tensions entre Donatien Amoussou et Lucien Degbo \u00e0 la baie des Officiers, sugg\u00e9rant des liens complexes entre les diff\u00e9rents protagonistes. Il a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que les gard\u00e9s \u00e0 vue n\u2019\u00e9taient pas menott\u00e9s, r\u00e9pondant ainsi \u00e0 une question du pr\u00e9sident de s\u00e9ance. Concernant le calendrier des investigations, il a indiqu\u00e9 que la commission d\u2019enqu\u00eate avait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses conclusions au parquet entre le 24 et le 26 septembre, avec des auditions d\u00e9butant le 26 septembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me Olga Anasside, avocate de la d\u00e9fense, a interrog\u00e9 le t\u00e9moin sur plusieurs points, notamment la date exacte de pr\u00e9sentation du dossier au parquet et les circonstances de l\u2019exhumation du corps. Le colonel Boko a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que l\u2019exhumation avait eu lieu le 27 septembre, apr\u00e8s que le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre eut \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9curis\u00e9 la veille, en raison de l\u2019heure tardive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter que lors de l\u2019audience du 11 mars, Alofa avait ni\u00e9 toute implication dans le meurtre, affirmant avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 contraint de porter la responsabilit\u00e9 du crime en \u00e9change d\u2019argent et de la promesse d\u2019une relaxe.
