Le collectif Restitution pour l’Afrique a d\u00e9pos\u00e9, mardi 18 mars, une plainte contre le groupe Bollor\u00e9 et son fondateur, Vincent Bollor\u00e9, aupr\u00e8s du Parquet national financier (PNF) de Paris. Les plaignants accusent le g\u00e9ant fran\u00e7ais de la logistique de \u00ab recel \u00bb et de \u00ab blanchiment d’argent \u00bb dans le cadre de ses activit\u00e9s en Afrique, notamment la gestion des ports.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le groupe Bollor\u00e9, acteur majeur du transport et de la logistique sur le continent, a c\u00e9d\u00e9 en 2022 sa filiale africaine pour plusieurs milliards d\u2019euros. Pour les ONG, cette op\u00e9ration s\u2019apparente \u00e0 des \u00ab biens mal acquis invers\u00e9s \u00bb, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant une tentative de l\u00e9galisation de profits issus d\u2019activit\u00e9s controvers\u00e9es. Elles r\u00e9clament la restitution des fonds g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par cette transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Restitution pour l’Afrique regroupe onze ONG implant\u00e9es dans six pays : le Togo, la Guin\u00e9e, le Cameroun, le Ghana, la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire et la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC). Leur objectif : rendre le commerce international plus \u00e9quitable en luttant contre les abus des multinationales sur le continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que Bollor\u00e9 est vis\u00e9 par la justice pour ses activit\u00e9s en Afrique. En 2021, le groupe avait accept\u00e9 de payer une amende de 12 millions d\u2019euros dans une affaire de corruption li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019obtention de concessions portuaires au Togo et en Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
